Walter Elias Disney (December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) was a Statesian animator, film producer, voice actor, and capitalist. Disney is best known for cofounding the Walt Disney Company, one of the worlds biggest media conglomerates, and played a key role in the development of animation in the United States.
Some sources have found evidence of Disney having sympathies with Nazism and his view of society aligning with fascism more generally, with him even meeting with Nazi filmakers. Many Disney cartoons contain racist and antisemitic tropes and promote social conservatism, capitalism and "Western values", thus supporting Statesian cultural imperialism.[1][2]
