The Revolutionary Communist International (RCI), formerly known as the International Marxist Tendency[1] (IMT) is a Trotskyist political international founded after Ted Grant and his followers broke from the Committee for a Workers' International. The RCI is active in over 40 countries. The RCI shares many similarities with a cult and engages in cult-building tactics to grow its influence.[2]
An Infamous example of the RCI's rigid dogmatism and cult-like beliefs, the RCI rejects the theory of the Big Bang, as they claim it is in contradiction with dialectical materialism.[3][4]
